Welcome to your perfect Dewey Beach retreat! This spacious and comfortable ocean-block condo offers the ideal blend of beach-town charm, convenience, and relaxation. With room for up to 10 guests, it's the perfect home base for family vacations, friends' getaways, or multi-generational beach trips. One of the highlights of the home is the large screened-in front porch, where you can enjoy refreshing ocean breezes and beautiful ocean views while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding after a day on the beach. Located on the third floor, you'll enjoy added privacy and the benefit of no overhead noise from neighboring units. Inside, the condo has a warm, homey feel with plenty of space to gather, relax, and make lasting memories. Situated on Van Dyke Avenue, you'll appreciate the wider streets and more abundant parking compared to many areas of Dewey Beach. The location is just a short walk to the beach (1 minute walk), restaurants and bars (1-10 minutes depending on the venue), yet far enough from the bars and nightlife to provide a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere when you're ready to call it a night. This includes bed sheets, bath towels, and beach towels. We offer an optional linen package for **$75**, which includes sheets for all beds and bath towels for each guest. Pillows and comforters are provided on every bed. Please let us know if you would like to add the linen package to your stay. What's Included: To help you get started, we provide: Toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom) 1 roll of paper towels Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent Hand soap in each bathroom Trash bags Parking: Two reserved parking spaces are available directly in front of the unit at no charge. Additional vehicles will need to use permitted or metered street parking. Please contact us for permit information and current rates. Beach Equipment: Guests are welcome to use the owner's beach chairs and umbrellas. We kindly ask that all equipment be returned to the storage shed after use.

No smoking or vaping inside of the unit including the front porch. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM No parties (including loud music). Please be respectful of our neighbors Minimum rental age of 21 (for all guests)
