Kitchen & Dining: For guests who love to cook while on vacation, the fully remodeled kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, sleek granite countertops, and soft-close cabinets with under-cabinet lighting. Just off the kitchen is a large, custom-built dining table that comfortably seats 12. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This rental accommodates 12 adults comfortably, with room for 4 additional children on the pull-out sofa and two roll-away cots. First Floor: Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and smart TVs for streaming, plus a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Second Floor: Two more bedrooms with queen-sized beds and smart TVs for streaming. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located in the hallway. Third Floor: The final two bedrooms include one with a king-sized bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. A third full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on this floor. Linens (sheets and bath towels) are included, along with pillows and comforters for each bed. We provide bath towels for all guests, along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and initial paper towels and toilet paper. Outdoor Area: Two large decks offer plenty of space to relax outdoors. The first-floor deck includes comfortable outdoor furniture, while the second deck features lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing. IMPORTANT: For safety reasons, the "eagles nest" rooftop deck will be off-limits to guests and will be blocked off. This is a strict rule, and violations may result in being asked to leave. Guests are welcome to enjoy the two other decks, both offering stunning ocean views. An outdoor shower is located at the rear of the house for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We are a dog-friendly rental, allowing up to 2 dogs. Given the close proximity to other homes and hotels, we kindly ask that you only bring dogs who are comfortable and friendly around people. Additional Perks & Details: Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and access to a full washer and dryer, with laundry detergent provided. The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen. We also provide complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella for your convenience. Reserved parking is available for 4 large cars or 5 smaller cars, right in front of the unit and in the driveway. Additional permit parking is available on the street. Parking permits are in effect from May 15 to Sept 15, and can be easily purchased via your phone once parked.
