Upstairs features a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops, and a large dining table for 8 (plus seating for 4 at the island). A second living room offers a pull-out sofa, smart TV, and balcony seating. The top floor includes: Primary Suite: King bed, smart TV, ensuite with walk-in shower and double vanity. Guest Bedroom 1: Double bunk beds (sleeps 4). Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2). Hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. Additional Details: Linens Provided: Linens are provided to ensure your vacation begins the moment you arrive. Beds will be made with fresh sheets, and we’ll supply enough bath towels for everyone in your guest count. Starter supplies: Dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Complimentary Wi-Fi, full-size washer/dryer with detergent, and 4 beach chairs. Parking: Free for 2 cars in front (first-come, first-served) + 2 in the garage. Important Notes: No Elevator: Access to all living areas requires stairs. Check-in: 3:00 PM (digital code provided). Check-out: 10:00 AM. Ocean City Noise Ordinance: Guests exceeding noise limits may face eviction. No Senior Weekers: Primary booking guest must be 25+.
